Sports Skills
Lessons run in groups of ½ hour each, accompanied by an educator, and our coach Rebecca.
Sports Skills is a program designed to teach preschoolers the fundamental movements that are required in most sports. The program was prepared by lecturers of the Australian College of Physical Educations and incorporated the latest research in fundamental movement skills.
The program will look at the aspects of sport including balance, speed, agility, co-ordination etc and introduce these aspects through various sports such as soccer, tennis, cricket, basketball and softball.
We believe that the introduction of such a program to Kindarama will hopefully provide important messages and motivation to benefit the children’s health.
